Award winning ‘Project FLEX’ comprised the full re–purposing of Allen & Overy’s existing office accommodation, approx. 4,600m2. It involved a re–design of the office space including a full fit–out and M&E enhancements of seven floors in a live legal environment. Project FLEX allowed the office to move to agile working enabling teams to grow without increasing their footprint. Project FLEX was the winner of the RICS 2020 Social Impact Awards in the commercial category.
