Construction of an 11,700m2 of Grade A Office Accommodation over eight floors to provide a high quality work environment to consolidate various Council departments previously located in multiple buildings. The building was constructed to a Breeam Excellent Standard. The scope also included the CAT B Fit–Out to provide Meeting Rooms, Canteen, Training Facilities, together with Building Control and other public access areas. The building was linked to the adjacent Cecil Ward Building (Belfast City Council Headquarters) via a glazed link at 1st Floor level.
