The development includes Grade A Office Accommodation over seven floors with a gross internal floor area of circa 10,405m2. The building was constructed to BCO CAT A standard with high quality finishes to the ground floor entrance area and Landlord common areas. The building design includes extensive use of aluminium curtain walling and natural stone cladding to the building facades. The development achieved a Breeam Excellent accreditation.
