The project comprised the strip out and extension of an existing city centre four storey office building to create a 74–bedroom Boutique Hotel.The ground floor includes the hotel reception, bar area and coffee pod, together with the Taylor & Clay restaurant and separately accessed Baltic Bar. Externally there is a landscaped courtyard bar and beer garden with separate rest rooms. The bedroom accommodation on the upper floors have been cleverly designed to optimise the space and maximise the comfort and enjoyment of guests.The Babel bar and restaurant at roof top level provides panasonic views of Belfast City Centre and features an external garden bar. The project was completed in three phases with phase 2 (addition of 30 bedrooms) and Phase 3 Babel bar and restaurant completed together whilst keeping the hotel fully operational.
