This project is a 14 Acres/5.66 Ha. Inner City Re–Development of the Cathedral (NE) Quarter to provide a major mixed–use regeneration scheme, incorporating the construction of over 1.25m sqft consisting of offices (including CAT A fit–out), retail /restaurant units (shell only), high–end residential units, hotels cultural and amenity areas and associated enhancements to public realm works to various listed buildings.
