The construction of a new church hall, replacing existing halls demolished as part of the contract. An phased decant and enabling works phase facilitated provision of temporary modular accommodation for uninterupted provision of services and groups that normally used the demolished buildings.
The new church building is 2,440m2 over 3 floors with a link formed to connect the existing worship building with the new hall. The new hall building has multi–finction internal spaces that include a Sports Hall, Lecture Hall, Café, Toddler Hall, Meeting Rooms, Youth Room, Offices Staff areas and Stores and Administration areas.
